The work

Four visits, every one of them at the house

If a pet cannot breathe, is collapsing, or is bleeding hard, go to an emergency hospital. A house call is for the problems that can wait for the driveway.

  • Sick-day visit. You noticed something this week. We look at the pet in the room where it eats, and we say what the next step is.
  • Wellness hour. The pet seems ordinary. We still put hands on it so “ordinary” is a note, not a guess.
  • Senior check. Stairs, weight, hearing, the long list you keep on the fridge. We go slower on purpose.
  • Comfort visit. Home is the right room. We talk about ease, not a heroic plan the house cannot hold.

From the call to the step

Three beats before the stethoscope comes out

No portal. A phone number, a window, then the car.

01

You leave a number

The slip on the call page wants a phone, the kind of visit, and how you want to talk. That is the whole form.

02

We pick a window

Surell calls back. If the pet needs a hospital instead of a kitchen, she will say that before anyone drives.

03

The exam starts inside

Shoes off if you want them off. The pet can stay on the couch. The tote opens where there is light.

Name the pet, leave the phone

We will match the visit to the house, not the other way around.
